Fee For Service

Commensurate with our Core Value of honesty and transparency, we want to be completely transparent with our pricing so that you to know exactly what you are paying for. We operate on a fee-for-service model, which assures that patients are only charged for the services rendered; this avoids common overpriced monthly or annual membership fees. Charges are routinely covered by a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA). Some charges may even be reimbursed by some commercial insurance companies as ‘out of network.’

PROVIDER VISITS

THIS IS THE TIME WE SPEND TOGETHER

This is the time that we spend with our patients and the money our patients spend for our time and expertise. The cost is based off of a fair charge comparable to the industry standard. Some patients like to see their provider quarterly, while others may only need to be seen once per year – this way, nobody is paying for services, or time, that is not being utilized. Follow-up times are determined by the health care provider based on the medical necessity and complexity of the visit. Follow-up can be completed in the office or via telehealth.

WHAT ELSE IS OUT THERE?

WE SHOPPED AROUND FOR YOU

We want you to know that you have options and we have done the shopping around for you. These prices are fee estimates of national hormone replacement clinics, which are based on market research conducted by a third party. Although our our transparent billing model is appealing to our clientele, we don’t view our value proposition as our superior pricing. Our true value is in the quality of our care and our breadth of knowledge and expertise in both hormone replacement and cardiometabolic disease prevention. We believe that health equity and ethics are what come first.
