Fee For Service

Commensurate with our Core Value of honesty and transparency, we want to be completely transparent with our pricing so that you to know exactly what you are paying for. We operate on a fee-for-service model, which assures that patients are only charged for the services rendered; this avoids common overpriced monthly or annual membership fees. Charges are routinely covered by a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA). Some charges may even be reimbursed by some commercial insurance companies as ‘out of network.’

Provider Visits

THIS IS THE TIME WE SPEND TOGETHER

This is the time that we spend with our patients and the money our patients spend for our time and expertise. The cost is based off of a fair charge comparable to the industry standard. Some patients like to see their provider quarterly, while others may only need to be seen once per year – this way, nobody is paying for services, or time, that is not being utilized. Follow-up times are determined by the health care provider based on the medical necessity and complexity of the visit. Follow-up can be completed in the office or via telehealth.

In-Office Diagnostics

MEDICAL TESTS THAT WE CAN PERFORM IN THE OFFICE

These costs are for diagnostic procedures that are performed in the office. Most costs are based off of commercial insurance reimbursement rates are less than the allowed maximum reimbursement for most top-tier out-of-network commercial insurance plans. Additional time is scheduled for these diagnostics as it is separately charged from Provider Visit time.

Lab Testing Fees

LAB FEES ARE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE LAB

These costs are for laboratory testing. The cost of labs is less expensive for patients if the laboratory bills the medical practice (such that the lab is guaranteed payment) and the savings is passed on to our patients. Standard lab fees are available for non-custom lab panels.
