Zachary’s experience working with critically ill patients inspired him to find a preventive treatment approach focused on patient education and a whole-health approach to medical care. Zachary, a cardiometabolic disease prevention expert, founded Nexus HealthSpan Wellness Center to provide his patients with personalized treatment plans that include lifestyle management, genetic testing, and allopathic and complementary medicine. Zachary is passionate about helping people understand the appropriate steps to take in order to prevent adverse health events, like heart attacks, strokes, and diabetes. With his help, patients learn how their diet, exercise, sleep, and hormones impact their overall health.
