About the Practice
What is Nexus HealthSpan?
A clinician-led preventive practice focused on hormonal, metabolic, and cardiovascular health. Every patient begins with one comprehensive assessment, followed by clear interpretation and appropriate follow-through.
Why is the assessment application based?
Because the assessment is not right for everyone. Reviewing applications for fit protects your time and ours, and it keeps the practice focused on patients we can genuinely help.
Do you replace my primary care physician?
No. Nexus complements existing care. We evaluate deeply, explain clearly, and coordinate with your other clinicians when you want us to.
Do you prescribe treatment?
When treatment is clinically appropriate and decided together after careful evaluation, yes. We do not run protocol-first programs, and no treatment is ever a precondition of care.
Is telehealth available?
Portions of the process may be completed remotely when appropriate. Details are confirmed during the application process based on your situation and location.
What does the assessment cost?
Pricing is discussed openly during the application process, before any commitment. We want cost to be a clear, unpressured conversation.
How do I begin?
